In this gripping, true-crime docuseries, each episode follows the case of an innocent woman who has been abducted, harmed or even killed while she was out by herself. Emotional interviews by loved-ones drive these stories; accompanied by stylistic recreations, actual texts, phone records and other digital breadcrumbs that authorities used to solve the case. Keeping the mystery alive is the whodunnit aspect, as all suspects are explored until the actual perpetrator is caught. In several episodes, survivors of these harrowing sagas will be revealed to tell their own story, in their words.

Over the last 10 years, the community has followed Queena’s story. A decade later, she still works tirelessly in daily therapy sessions to regain the life she once knew. On Sunday, April 29, Queena will take a break from therapy to celebrate with the community, the JoinQueena team is looking for sponsors or donations for the event including food and beverages, live entertainment, bar service, silent auction items and volunteers.

Title Boxing Club in Brandon will open its doors on Saturday to teach a self-defense class in Queena’s honor. The one-hour class will incorporate more self-defense techniques than usual and also include a warm-up and cool-down.

JoinQueena.com sparks new friendships and fundraisers from the community! With the recent reveal of the website and the unveiling of Queena’s name and face, community supporters can put an image and a person with the woman they’ve been hoping for all along.

Under a sunny sky, 5K4Q race participants and many sponsors came together generating approximately $7,925 for Queena.

The woman we've come to know as the Bloomingdale Library Attack Survivor turns 23 years old on Monday. Her birthday party, held at Keel and Curley Winery, was a great occassion full of support from the community.

Members of East Bay High School's Student Government Association are putting everything they have into "5K4Q." It's an event to raise money for the family and medical care of a former student who was attacked outside the Bloomingdale Regional Library nearly five years ago.

This past April, an incoming UF freshman was attacked and left in serious condition. She was dropping library books off at her local library when the incident occurred.

Throughout the Tampa Bay area, people of all ages are offering support to a teen who was raped and left for dead near the Bloomingdale library. A list of events is in Friday's North of Tampa story, reprinted below. They include this fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 20: Tampa Has Talent, a variety show, 7 p.m., Wesley Chapel Center for the Arts at Wesley Chapel High School, 30651 Wells Road. $10 donation.
